Terms of Service:

1. Availability: All prices and products/services are subject to avilability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any item or service without prior notice.

2. Price Changes: Prices may change without notice, especially if the quantity of pods ordered changes. Customers will be informed of any price adjustments before finalizing their order.

3. VAT (Value Added Tax): Customers purchasing from outside the South of Ireland or Europe may be eligible for a VAT refund. VAT will not be charged if a valid VAT number is provided.

4. Customization: Interior specifications can be customized to suit your needs. Please contact us to discuss your requirements and any associated costs.

5. Delivery and Installation: Delivery costs are not included in the price. Delivery can be arranged throughout the UK, Ireland, and Europe, and customers are responsible for the associated delivery charges. Installation services may be available upon request, subject to additional fees.

6. Production Time: The production time for pods is estimated to be between 6-10 weeks. However, please note that unforeseen circumstances may affect the delivery timeline. We will communicate any delays promptly.

7. Reconfiguration: All pods can be reconfigured to suit your needs. Please contact us to discuss the desired modifications, and we will update your quote accordingly.

8. Payment: Payment terms will be discussed during the ordering process. A 50% deposit is needed before production begins.

9. Refunds and Returns: We do not supply a refund policy; all purchases are final.

10. Warranty: We provide a warranty on our pods. The details of the warranty coverage, including duration and terms, will be provided at the time of purchase.
